Patients are seen by appointments only. Appointments are made during the office hours.
For well child visits, parents have the liberty to request the provider of their choice and we appreciate if these requests and appointments are made ahead of time.
For sick visits, we request you to call earlier during the dat to get the same day appointments. We will try to accommodate your appointment with your provider of your choice, however when your child is sick it is not always possible to have a time slow available with the provider. We may give the appointments available at that time.

Your phone calls are answered 24 hours a day, everyday of the year so you may call anytime.
During office hours, a nurse will answer your medical questions. If you wish to speak with a provider, please leave a message and number with the nurse and the requested provider will call back at the earliest convenience.
When the office is closed, then you can leave the message for the covering provider on call, who will return your call at the earliest convenience.
We request you to please always call the Office or Provider on call before you go to an Urgent care or Emergency room.
