Kelly Footen, born in Waynesboro, PA, and raised in Cascade, MD, brings two decades of nursing expertise to her practice, specializing in pediatric care. Her educational journey includes earning an Associate of Science in Nursing from Hagerstown Community College in 2005, a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Notre Dame in 2009, and a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Shenandoah University.

Throughout her career, Kelly has excelled as a certified Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, with additional clinical experience in Labor and Delivery, Same Day Surgery/PACU, and Care Management. She is passionate about providing compassionate care to pediatric patients, reflecting her commitment to nursing excellence.

Outside of work, Kelly resides in Clear Spring, MD, where she enjoys quality time with her husband and their two daughters. She values outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends, and nurturing her love for reading.
