For well child visits, parents have the liberty to request the provider, day and time of their choice and we appreciate if these requests and appointments are made ahead of time.

For sick visits, We have walk-in acute care clinic hours Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 10:00AM.

Scheduled sick appointments are also available. You have to call during the office hours to get the same day appointments with the provider of your choice. We will try to accommodate your appointment with the provider. However, when your child is sick it is not always possible to have a time slot available with the provider you requested.

Your phone calls are answered 24 hours a day, everyday of the year so you may call anytime.

During office hours, a nurse will answer your medical questions. If you wish to speak with a provider, please leave a message and number with the nurse and the requested provider will call back at the earliest convenience.

When the office is closed, then you can leave the message for the covering provider on call, who will return your call at the earliest convenience.

We request you to please always call the Office or Provider on call before you go to an Urgent care or Emergency room.
